Fmr. Chief Justice Roy Moore's son arrested on DUI, drug charges | News
The son of former Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice and aspiring presidential candidate Roy Moore has been arrested on several charges.
Alabama State Troopers pulled over Caleb Moore, 20, on a speeding violation around 4:00pm Sunday afternoon along Alabama Highway 10 in Crenshaw County.
Moore, from Gallant, Alabama, was placed under arrest and transported to the Crenshaw County Jail where he was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and speeding.
State Troopers did not release any additional details surrounding the arrest.
A mug shot was not immediately available.
The sheriff's office said Moore was in the process of being released from jail on an $8,500 bond Monday afternoon.
